Shipping Point

Saginaw, MI 48601 USA. All rights reserved and title to merchandise transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Pricing and Packaging

Pricing and package sizes/quantities subject to change without notice. Multiple case discount pricing is per line item.

Quantities

Order quantities will be increased or decreased to the nearest standard package quantity. Shipment of +/- 10% of the order quantity shall constitute fulfillment or the order of custom part.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancelled or delayed order, the purchaser may be liable for any completed part of the order, set-up or tooling. Immediate payment maybe required for these charges.

Order Charge

Add $9 USD per Release/Shipment (No order charge for orders in excess of $200 USD).

Export

Add $20 USD

Errors & Warranty

All claims of warranty and order/shipment errors must be made within 30 days of delivery. Custom orders are not returnable. Stock items require a return authorization and must be returned within 30 days.

Tooling

All tooling remaining in NPB's possession will receive normal maintenance for the production of parts. If no orders have been placed in two years, the tooling will be deemed abandoned.

Uses

The uses of products made my NPB Protective Group is put solely on the purchaser and/or user. NPB accepts no liability for any suggested or inferred use of its products. Samples of stock products are available free of charge for testing.
